About the Role:

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in target industries and generate new business leads.
  • Reach out to HR and hiring managers to present staffing and recruitment services.
  • Support in drafting proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Assist in planning and executing business development campaigns or events.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new growth areas.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, client management, and business growth.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Good understanding of recruitment or HR services (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or any related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or HR is an added advantage (not mandatory).
