Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various roles including software engineering, data science, DevOps, and more. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements. Source and engage candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Manage and coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build a talent pipeline for future technical roles. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of technical roles and terminologies. Proficient with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
