As a Junior Technical Recruiter at Expertia AI, you will be an integral part of the dynamic team based in Bangalore. Your role will involve utilizing advanced recruitment tools and techniques to identify and secure top talent in the tech industry. To excel in this position, you must meet the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and screening technical candidates. - Proficiency in utilizing screening techniques to assess candidates" technical skills and cultural fit within the organization. - Experience in passive pool search and applying Boolean searching methods to effectively target suitable candidates. - Ability to conduct x-ray searches across various platforms to expand potential candidate reach. - Skilled in interviewing candidates to evaluate their skills, competencies, and potential contributions to the company. - Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and conduct interviews professionally and effectively. - Ability to maintain proper documentation of all recruiting activities and prepare comprehensive reports using an ATS. - Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to successful candidate onboarding, is essential. - Experience of having using Expertia ATS is a bonus! - Experience having worked and hired for a SaaS or AT startup is a bonus too! Your responsibilities as a Junior Technical Recruiter will include: - Collaborating with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs and develop a recruitment plan. - Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical roles within the organization. - Utilizing advanced search techniques to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements. - Conducting detailed and structured interviews to ensure candidates meet the job requirements and company standards. - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance. - Providing regular updates on recruiting status and metrics to the recruitment manager and relevant stakeholders. - Enhancing the candidate experience by delivering a positive and professional engagement during the recruitment process. - Continuously developing networks and relationships with a diverse pool of candidates for open and future positions.,
