Your Role As a Technical Recruiter , you’ll take the lead in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent for some of the most advanced roles in the industry. Responsibilities include: Partnering with senior management to identify job openings and technical requirements. Writing and posting engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms. Screening and interviewing applicants to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinating with third-party agencies for background checks and verifications. Managing offers, paperwork, and onboarding processes efficiently. Maintaining HR records and ensuring adherence to recruitment timelines. What We’re Looking For A Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. A strong understanding of technology and technical roles . Proven experience with recruitment processes and platforms. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
