Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of automation-driven projects from requirements to deployment and post-launch optimization
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across AI, data, automation, and platform engineering teams
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery

Automation Leadership

• Drive automation across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning (IaC), data pipelines, AI/ML workflows, and event-driven systems
• Identify manual processes and convert them into scalable automated workflows
• Champion automation-first delivery practices

Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with architects and engineering teams on microservices, APIs, cloud-native platforms, and AI/ML pipelines
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Review designs, dependencies, and risks

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary interface between product, engineering, DevOps, QA, security, and leadership
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Agile & Delivery Excellence

• Lead Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning
• Track delivery using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

Quality, Security & Compliance

• Ensure automation pipelines meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability standards
• Drive automated testing, monitoring, logging, and alerting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and MLOps (preferred)
• Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI platforms, fintech, Insurtech, or data-intensive systems
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification
• Startup or scale-up experience
