Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead diverse teams across multiple regions, fostering a collaborative environment that values innovative problem-solving and effective communication. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that project goals align with both business objectives and technical requirements. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Define and manage project deliverables, milestones, and governance frameworks.
  • Create investment proposals and business cases to demonstrate IT and business value impact.
  • Select and implement appropriate project management methodologies and tools to enhance agility.
  • Oversee project governance, cost planning, risk management, and reporting for effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to secure buy-in and foster successful change management.
  • Identify issues and risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate communication and training among stakeholders to promote understanding and engagement.
  • Contribute to the definition and initiation of new cross-functional projects and programs.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications with 10+ years of experience in Network services in complex environments
  • Expertise in network designs/configurations and infrastructure deployment
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VRRP, DNS, ARP, STP, and Port Channeling
  • Proficient in Standard Routing Protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS

Nice-To-Have:

  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural team
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Experience in project governance and change management
