dynamic Project Manager

who can lead and deliver SaaS-based IT projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, handling risks, and collaborating with technical teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, executing, and successful customer delivery IT automation projects within scope, time, and budget.
Coordinate with developers, analysts, and automation specialists to ensure smooth project flow.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and maintain satisfaction.
Support implementation of solutions using tools like Make, Zapier, Bubble.io, and RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
Track progress reports of Team (Developers)
Prepare documentation, project updates, and status reports.
Contribute to testing and validation processes in collaboration with QA teams.
Participate in project retrospectives and process improvement initiatives.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
Ensure delivery aligns with quality, scope, and deadlines.
Drive process improvements and best practices in project execution.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management (preferably in tech or automation).
Basic understanding of automation tools such as Make, Zapier, Bubble.io, and RPA platforms.
Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or MS Project.
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and learning attitude.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications (or working toward them) are a plus.
