Technical Project Manager (IT)

Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager at the company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex, highly technical development projects. Your strong background in project management and technical understanding, preferably in areas such as DevOps, Java, Frontend, or Mobile app development, will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of business solutions to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, demonstrate technical leadership, and take end-to-end ownership of projects. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in effectively managing project stakeholders and collaborating with globally distributed teams. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure client satisfaction and define project scope - Manage project goals, risks, and resources - Mentor team members and maintain project quality while adhering to best practices - Track and report project metrics - Support new project requests and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within engagements Qualification Required: - Educational qualifications should include a degree in BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MBA, preferably from a top university - Possessing PMP or Agile certifications would be an added advantage Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Agra/Noida, with an office-based work mode and a 5-day working week. The ideal candidate should have 9.5-17 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Project Management.
