The Role

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Technical Project Manager to join our growing team in Kochi. In this on-site, full-time role, you will be the crucial link between our talented engineering teams and our global business clients. You will lead the charge in managing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to successful delivery, ensuring that our innovative solutions are brought to life on time and to the highest quality standards. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of complex technical projects, including custom software, web, and mobile application development. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing expectations, and ensuring clear and effective communication. 
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, while proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks and dependencies. 
• Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to foster a collaborative and efficient development environment. 
• Work closely with developers, designers, and QA specialists to ensure technical requirements are met and project goals are aligned with client objectives. 
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular, transparent updates to all stakeholders. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of our project management practices. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 
• 7+ years of overall experience with Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, or similar role in a software development environment. 
• Proven expertise in managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and a strong understanding of technical concepts. 
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams. 
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Redmine). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 
• Experience working with international clients or in an offshore development model. 

Nice-to-Haves

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), Blockchain.
