Job Description

Roles & responsibilities

Plan and manage battery R&D projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, distribute work, and track progress to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Support teams in solving technical issues related to cell design, materials, processes, and battery performance.
Drive development and optimization of materials, processes, and designs to improve performance, reliability, safety, and cost.
Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, test reports, and project summaries.
Identify patentable innovations and coordinate with IP/legal teams for drafting and filing patents.

What we look for

Graduate from (IIT/NIT) from Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Science/Electrical/Electronics engineering
With 2-4 years of experience
