Role Summary:

Hiring a Technical Project Manager with dev/QA background to handle end-to-end delivery of web & mobile projects and lead a 15+ member team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own project delivery across scope, timelines, budget, and quality
• Manage projects in

  ReactJS / NodeJS / Android / iOS

  (hands-on in at least one)
• Plan sprints, capacity, releases, and deployments
• Track work in

  JIRA

  and share regular status reports
• Drive client meetings, handle risks/issues, and ensure smooth communication
• Lead, mentor, and review the project team

Requirements

• 5+ years project management in a

  service-based IT

  firm + 3 years in development
• Led teams of

  15+ members

• BE/BTech

  in CS or related field
• Strong in

  Agile/Lean

  , JIRA, and project processes
• Experience in reports: resource utilization, forecasting, client decks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Nice to Have

• PMP/PMI

  certification
• Exposure to

  AWS
