Job Title: Technical Project Manager Company: Bitcot Location: Indore / Chennai On-site (Strictly no Remote) About Bitcot Bitcot Technology is a leading software development company specializing in AI, automation, digital transformation, and cloud solutions. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong development background to lead and mentor our development teams while ensuring smooth project execution. Role & Responsibilities Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Client Communication: Directly interact with US-based clients, gathering requirements, providing updates, and addressing concerns. Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance to developers, review code, and ensure best practices in software development, improving their velocity and productivity. Team Mentorship: Coach and mentor developers to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. Agile Implementation: Drive Agile and Scrum methodologies, conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Process Improvement: Continuously optimize workflows, tools, and development practices for efficiency. Requirements Development Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Developer in any programming language or tech stack. Project Management: At least 2+ years of experience managing software development projects, particularly for US clients. Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and guide developers, providing technical oversight. Client-Facing Role: Must be comfortable working in overlapping US time zones, attending client calls and meetings. Problem-Solving Attitude: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve project bottlenecks. Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in AI, automation, cloud, or digital transformation projects. Hands-on experience with development & team handling. Experience in managing distributed teams.
