Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic technical project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of data scientists, developers, engineers and designers to deliver high-quality projects, while also facilitating Agile processes to ensure smooth project execution

General Summary of the Role:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Responsible for conducting code reviews, making critical decisions regarding the technology stack, system architecture, and development methodologies to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and regular communication.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to align projects with broader business goals and requirements.
• Develop a vision and roadmap for the project based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and industry insight.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive the execution of all processes in the project lifecycle, including project and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and project launch.

Requirements:

• Engineering Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science or Related field with Advanced Knowledge in Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
• 5-10 years’ hands-on experience in project development and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Required coding experience in Python or Java or C++.
• Understanding of containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
• Understanding of Backend & Frontend technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
