Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Digital Lending Projects: Manage the end-to-end execution of digital lending programs tailored to the Indian market, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including technology, operations, compliance, and risk to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
Strategic Planning: Define project goals, success metrics, and maintain comprehensive program documentation to facilitate execution and reporting.
Risk Management: Identify project risks early and design mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery and regulatory adherence.
Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams, promote best practices in engineering and project execution, and foster a collaborative, outcome-driven culture.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience: 12-15 years of program management experience in digital lending or fintech, with a deep understanding of .NET-based development and Azure cloud technologies.

Key Skills:

Deep familiarity with the Indian lending ecosystem and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Strong hands-on understanding of .NET and Azure platforms.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record in driving large-scale technology projects from ideation to implementation.
