Job Title: Associate Manager - Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects by collaborating with developers,
stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
● Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project
execution. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
● Prepare, analyze, and present reports and metrics to track project performance.
● Ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
● Proficiency in Agile frameworks and SDLC methodologies.
● Hands-on experience with at least one project management tool (e.g., Jira, Trello,
Asana, etc.).
