- Technical Program Manager with 8 to 10years of Experience.
- Program Manager concepts (Managing - scope, schedule, Estimation, cost/budgets,managing stakeholders, Project life cycle/SDLC, Release management, InformationManagementTools, Program metrics, creating project plan, Tracking & Articulation,structured thought process (STAR), communication, managing conflicts, drivingsense of urgency/Escalations, driving Continuous improvements,RCAs)
- Agile Methodologies & Ceremonies/practices (Planning, estimation,reviews),: SAFe (Product Roadmap, PI Planning), SCRUM, Kanban, Tools JIRA/Rally/Confluence dashboards and inferences, Agile metrics.
- Technical & Functional understanding: Able to articulate and explainProduct/functional flows, System design, customers, use cases, High leveldesign/arch of the product, CI/CD (pipelines, branching strategies).Development experience in preferred , DevOps or Release managementroles/experience is second preference.

- Organizesand accelerates a group of related product engineering backlog items oractivities across multiple teams, aligning dependent organizations. Identifyand remove blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations
- Createsmechanisms to effectively report out and control execution. Recognizes complexityand creates predictable delivery paths for large and/or complex efforts.Measurably improves, streamlines, and/or eliminates excess processes. Utilizescross organizational mechanisms to describe and drive continuous improvements.
- Drivesexecution of an outcome from inception through successful delivery through thefull stack of the services / domains, or an outcome that spans multiple teamsand integrations across the enterprise.
- Lookedto as first point of contact for your team or area. and maintains the backlogsas transparent source of truth for status providing the right information andassociated data visually about the state backlog of the project to the rightall the audience at the right all times. Maintains backlogs as always on informationradiators on batch size and flow of work.
- Understandsthe business strategy and design approaches within product, program or domainwith depth to be credible and effective with teams they work with. Cancompetently and independently represent teamservices.
- Keepsabreast of evolving technology landscape. Can ask the right questions toevaluate the strengths and weaknesses of designs (scalability, latency,security, performance, data integrity, etc.)
- Workswith ambiguity and with limited guidance. The business outcome, program, and/orproduct strategy is defined, but nothing else is. Able to get the inertia outand the epic in motion or able to get the entropy out and start the agileceremonies for a calm and predictable delivery pattern
- Transformraw thoughts into clear and concise communications/instructions to the teamsthrough backlog grooming. Can communicate with confidence 3+ levels up usingtransparent backlog.
- Understandsthe needs of the engineers and technical operations teams who have to build,maintain, and operate the services and technical assets
- Regularlyreview metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms forvisibility ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives
- Playsactive role in mentoring and recruiting others.
