Technical Program Manager

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex, large-scale, multi-workstream projects for a reputed client in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ETL & Data Pipelines, Python, SQL, and Data Modelling, along with proven experience in program management and cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end program delivery for large-scale, high-impact data and engineering projects.
• Manage multiple workstreams, project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product, and business teams to define and execute on program goals.
• Oversee the design and execution of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data modeling solutions.
• Use tools such as Python and SQL to track and ensure data integrity and pipeline performance.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders at various levels.
• Facilitate effective decision-making and resource management across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management within a technical environment.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs.
• Strong background in ETL workflows, data pipeline development, and data modeling.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data engineering tools/platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
