Job Summary:

Technical Product Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through product configuration, setup, and feature adoption.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integrations, workflows, and APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address complex challenges and enhance customer experience.
• Create and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and learning resources.
• Capture and relay customer feedback to influence product improvements.
• Ensure every customer interaction drives high satisfaction and fast resolution.

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years experience in customer-facing technical roles (SaaS, product consulting, onboarding, or similar).
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or web-based platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills — able to simplify technical topics for non-technical users.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
