Technical Operations Engineer

Education: 

BTech/BE 

MSc/BSc -Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics and Telecommunication

Experience:

Minimum 5 Years of experience in Testing, Support or Maintenance in Telecom Service Provider/Network operator network end like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, Aircel or network technology companies like Nokia Siemens, Ericsson, IBM, etc.

Key Skills:

·   Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

·   Telecom Technologies – GSM, UMTS, LTE

·   Analytical aptitude and logical thinking

Desirable Skills:

·   Experience or knowledge in SIM, M2M/IOT will be advantage and more weightage

· Experience or knowledge in VTS devices will be big plus

Job Description:

• Technical support to the Customers in integration of the eSIM with their devices

o Understand AT commands w.r.t. QoSim

o Manage testing sessions with Customers

o Read test logs and do RCA

• Applet testing of new products

• Sample testing of eSIM from every batch produced

• Interface with SIM manufacturers in production of test cards

• Create and circulate daily & weekly reports

o Inventory status

o Test Status

• Automate the processes to improve the efficiency

• Travel will be required for field support and maintenance
