Technical Manager

Job Context:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Technical Project Execution:

  Manage technical projects assigned by the Technical Director, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Coordinate with relevant teams to meet project milestones.

• Technical Expertise & Support:

  Provide expert-level technical input for solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting to support operational and customer requirements.

• Coordination & Communication:

  Act as a liaison between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project progress.

• Documentation:

  Maintain comprehensive and accurate technical documentation including specifications, reports, and support cases.

• Quality Assurance:

  Monitor technical deliverables to ensure compliance with organizational standards, technical requirements, and customer expectations.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Identify areas for process or technical improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and quality.

• Vendor & External Coordination:

  Collaborate with vendors and external service providers as needed for technical execution and issue resolution.

  Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to film and Functional (Enteric/ Moisture protection) coatings on tablets, capsule and pellets systems quickly and effectively.

• Communication:

  Clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and report status to senior management.

• Documentation:

  Ability to create and maintain detailed and accurate technical documentation.

• Customer Focus:

  Understand internal and external customer requirements and provide technical solutions aligned to those needs.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support project and operational goals.
