Technical Manager

As a Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading full-spectrum technology initiatives in modern enterprise environments. Your deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and understanding of full stack development, AI/ML, cloud computing, and digital platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Drupal, and WordPress will be essential for overseeing architecture, execution, team growth, and delivery of scalable and secure solutions aligned with business goals. You will be responsible for defining and driving the technical roadmap across frontend, backend, AI, cloud, and integration platforms. Evaluating and integrating cutting-edge technologies, architecting scalable and secure enterprise solutions, and ensuring modern design patterns and microservices are some of the key aspects of your role. Leading high-performing engineering teams, establishing a collaborative engineering culture, and mentoring engineers to build technical capability and leadership pipelines will be crucial in your role. Overseeing project delivery, governance, adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices, DevOps principles, and SDLC compliance will also be under your purview. Your oversight will extend to providing technical direction across diverse platforms including full stack web development, AI/ML & Python, enterprise platforms, CMS & web frameworks, low-code/no-code platforms, CRM & ITSM platforms, and DevOps & cloud technologies. Championing secure coding practices, data protection strategies, accessibility compliance, and stakeholder management will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and solution architecture. Additionally, having 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or management roles, expertise in modern full stack development, and proven experience with at least two major platforms is required. Preferred skills include Salesforce certifications, ServiceNow administration/development experience, familiarity with chatbot/AI workflow integration, experience with monolithic-to-microservices transitions, and strong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
