Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
--Conduct cold calls and outreach to identify and engage potential clients in the IT sector.--Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their IT service needs.--Present and clearly articulate the value of our IT solutions to clients.--Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. -----Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns.--Participate in sales meetings, providing insights on market trends and client feedback. -----Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
--Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. -------Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT services sales or a related field.--Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation within the IT industry.--Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.--Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.--Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.--Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
