Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain new pages, resources, and features for our WordPress website. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the website aligns with campaign goals and company branding. Regularly update and maintain the website to ensure optimal performance and user experience. SEO Optimization: Work on technical SEO optimization for the website, including on-page SEO improvements, metadata updates, and image optimization. Conduct regular SEO audits and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings. Keep track of SEO performance and generate weekly SEO reports with updates on key parameters. Content Management & Development: Use Gutenberg and Full-Site Editing (FSE) to create and manage engaging content across the website. Ensure the website is fully optimized for performance and mobile responsiveness. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver results and refine strategies for website growth. Provide weekly performance and SEO reports, including tracking improvements and identifying areas for optimization. Qualifications: 0-1 years of professional experience in WordPress development . Proven experience with technical SEO optimization and improving site performance. Hands-on experience working with Gutenberg and Full-Site Editing (FSE) page builders. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices. Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. Experience with website performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.). Comfortable working with minimal supervision and managing tasks independently. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Preferred Skills (Optional): Familiarity with popular WordPress themes and plugins.
