Electronics or related engineering discipline.
• Understanding electronics product requirements (embedded &
hardware) from global teams.
• Ownership of technical work planning, assignments, development,
test, monitoring, quality reviews and delivery for self and team.
• Collaboration, development, test & quality processes set up &
optimizations.
• Technical team & project management.
• Developing ecosystem (vendors for hardware, test labs, certification
agencies etc.) for electronics product parts development, compliance
testing & certifications.
• Awareness & effective deployment of cyber security & functional
safety compliances requirements into product development.
• Experience in electronic product requirements analysis (embedded,
hardware)- strong experience in embedded and ability to make
informed decisions on hardware. (e. g AC Drive, IO Link
communication module, a controller with I/O)
• Experience with 16/32/64-bit processors / microcontrollers
and peripherals: SPI, I2C, UART, ADC, DAC, USB, GPIO, etc.
and porting them to supported 32/64-bit micro controller
architectures.
• Comfortable with hands on testing of embedded hardware, use of
JTAG debuggers, oscilloscopes, serial data analyzers etc.
• Experience with Gitlab, Jira, confluence, MISRA guidelines, clean code
development, GCC compliers, Eclipse, any IDE for embedded
development, Sonar lint and CI/CD tool chains.
• Exposure to product security aspects/processes e.g. confidentiality,
integrity, encryption/decryption, threat modelling, authentication at
embedded level.
