As a Sr. Software Engineer at Lenze, you will be responsible for owning requirements and defect fixes with minimal supervision. Your role will involve analyzing requirements, proposing solutions, and identifying as well as mitigating technical risks. You will also be expected to create effort estimations for the assigned requirements and software designs by collaborating with the Lead. It is essential to follow the required software development processes as defined by the Lead/Manager and take ownership of the given tasks, being proactive in status reporting and risk identification. Additionally, you should be flexible in context switching within different requirements and adopting new technologies as required. Your responsibilities will include technical work management for yourself and team members, as well as maintaining good, effective, and respectful communication with the team, juniors, and seniors.
