Participate in Functional testing of prototype of geared motors. Active participation in localization & VA/VE. Skills: Must have: Expert knowledge of ISO / DIN norm and methodology for calculating the load capacity. Experience in design of Gearbox, transmission and / or powertrain. Strong Mechanical Design fundamentals. Hands-on expertise in design software like Romax, KISS Soft. Experience in Siemens NX Unigraphics. Having experience in any PLM/ERP, SAP, Team Centre system. Designation: Sr. System Test Engineer (Functional Safety Test) Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechatronics / MSc Electronics/ Electrical Experience: 5 to 10 years. Location: Pune. No travel to sites involved. Work from office job. Skills & Technologies: Mandatory: System Design & Commissioning: Configuring and commissioning Servo Drives, VFDs & Inverters. Experienced in Motion Control Programming in PLC for servo drives, VFDs/Inverters. Experience in Robotic (Drive Groups, Multi-Axes) programming in PLC. Design and Commissioning experience for Machine automation and turnkey projects (including but not limited to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) / Site Acceptance Test (SAT)). Testing of Safety Applications: Hands on programming experience on Safety PLCs, Servo Drives with Functional Safety, VFDs & Inverters with Functional Safety and creating Safety applications in PLC. Hands On with one or more Safety based Fieldbus technologies (like PROFISafe, FailSafe Over EtherCAT, SafetyBus p, Ethernet/IP with CIP Safety, DeviceNET Safety).
