About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with a strong background in .NET, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers working on .NET technologies.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes.
Provide hands-on technical guidance in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework to solve complex development challenges.
Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.
Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support professional growth of team members.
Act as the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
8–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and integration with .NET applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and modern frameworks.
Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
Project management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certifications in Microsoft .NET technologies or cloud platforms.
