Position: Tech Lead

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop robust and high-performance mobile applications using the Ionic framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver projects within defined timelines.
• Design and implement efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application stability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot deployed applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Ionic framework development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Ionic,Angular or React frameworks.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies like Springboot,Laravel,and Node.js.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or SQL Server.
• Soft Skills:
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Education

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.

Location

This position is based at our office in Pune, Maharashtra.
