Key Responsibilities

Core Technical Lead Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Coordinate development activities, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality software releases.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to define scope, requirements, and solution approaches.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members to build technical capability across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and reports for stakeholders.

Agentic AI-Specific Responsibilities

• Design and implement

  Agentic AI components

  , such as autonomous task-handling agents, multi-agent workflows, and reasoning-based AI modules.
• Evaluate and integrate

  AI orchestration frameworks

  (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants, Microsoft AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
• Develop AI-driven automations for tasks such as data processing, decision-making, personalization, monitoring, and workflow execution.
• Define safety, monitoring, and governance standards for AI agent behavior to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize LLMs and AI models within enterprise applications.
• Conduct PoCs and feasibility studies for new Agentic AI capabilities.
• Optimize agent performance, context handling, grounding, and tool-use reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in autonomous AI systems, LLM advancements, and agent frameworks.

Skills and Tools Required

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  Java, Python, or C#

• Experience with modern web development frameworks such as

  Angular, React, or Node.js

• Proficiency with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of

  SQL and NoSQL databases

Agentic AI & AI/ML Skills (Required/Preferred)

• Hands-on experience with

• Familiarity with

  agent orchestration frameworks

  such as:
  • LangChain / LangGraph
  • CrewAI
  • AutoGen
  • Semantic Kernel
  • OpenAI Assistants API
• Understanding of:
  • Prompt engineering and context optimization
  • Tool-use handling and agent reasoning
  • Autonomous task execution and workflow planning
  • Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)
• Experience deploying AI features into production (preferred).
• Knowledge of AI governance, monitoring, safety, and performance tuning.

Experience Required

• 5-8 years

  of overall software development experience.

• 2+ years

  of hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM-based solutions (preferred).
• Prior experience leading teams or managing software projects is a strong advantage.
