Technical Lead

Graphtalk and SQL

Key Responsibilities

• Support the

  Solution Architect

  in all development activities related to the data migration project.
• Participate in

  data mapping, data profiling, design, coding, testing, and maintenance

  of data migration programs.
• Develop and execute

  batch programs and scripts

  for large-scale data migration activities.
• Perform

  performance tuning and optimization

  of migration batch programs to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Generate and validate

  data files, data dumps, and migration outputs

  in accordance with business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot migration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes as required.
• Work closely with business users, QA teams, and technical teams to ensure accurate and successful data migration.
• Maintain documentation related to data migration design, execution, and validation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  in data migration or related development roles.

• Mandatory experience with Graphtalk technology

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  SQL

  for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Proven experience in

  data migration projects

  , including data mapping, data profiling, and data file/data dump generation.
• Experience working in the

  insurance domain

  is required.
• Hands-on experience in developing and running

  batch scripts on Windows and/or Unix platforms

  .
• Ability to work effectively in a

  multi-tasking environment

  and prioritize competing tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
