Role overview: As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development team, working closely with senior leadership (CEO, VPs), and actively contributing to coding and technical design. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines coding, mentoring, task tracking, and aligning deliverables with business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Hands-on Development:

   Write clean, scalable, and efficient code as part of the team, participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Team Leadership:

   Mentor and guide developers, conduct regular stand-ups, and ensure task ownership and accountability.

• Project Management:

   Plan, prioritize, and track tasks to ensure timely delivery of technical projects.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

   Act as the bridge between the technical team and management, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.

• Technical Decision-Making:

   Lead architectural discussions, suggest best practices, and ensure code quality and maintainability.

• Process Optimization:

   Continuously improve workflows, deployment pipelines, and team efficiency.

Required skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Dot Net or similar).
• Leadership Experience: 5-7 years of experience leading development teams and delivering software projects.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for working with both technical teams and C-level management.
