We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Adobe Workfront to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Workfront, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the implementation and management of Adobe Workfront, ensuring optimal usage and integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, facilitating their professional development.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and software development methodologies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in Adobe Workfront, including configuration, administration, and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with other project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience in a similar industry or domain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing projects with Adobe Workfront.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
