Technical Lead

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead Microsoft Applications to lead a team of developers and analysts in delivering robust, scalable, and secure solutions using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft platforms and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team responsible for the development, support, and enhancement of Microsoft-based applications including SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dynamics 365, and Office 365.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices in design, development, and deployment.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance across all deliverables.
• Manage escalations and provide L3 support for complex issues.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Microsoft applications ecosystem.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft application development and support.
• 2+ years of experience in a team leadership or technical lead role.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online/On-Premise, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
