Job Description

Job Summary Tech Lead (Full Stack)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead Full Stack to join our technology team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in full-stack development and a proven track record of leading and delivering projects from scratch, including system design, development, deployment, and scaling.

This role requires strong technical ownership, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor engineers while building highly scalable, secure, and high-performance fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead end-to-end development of projects from scratch, from system design to production rollout.
Own technical architecture and design decisions for scalable, secure full-stack applications.
Hands-on development across Node.js, React.js, PHP, and MySQL, especially for critical components.
Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Guide and mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.
Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Drive production readiness, debugging, and continuous improvements.
Promote adoption of modern engineering practices, tools, and technologies.

Required Technical Skills-

Node.js: Strong hands-on experience with frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
React.js: Expertise in React.js, Hooks, Redux/Context API, and modern UI architecture.
PHP: Solid experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
MySQL: Advanced skills in schema design, complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
Architecture: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, asynchronous programming, and system design.
Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows.

Qualifications & Soft Skills-

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including leading projects built from scratch.
Strong system-design, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for mentoring and building high-performing engineering teams.

We are looking for a candidate who has handled projects from scratch and worked independently on end-to-end project delivery.
