Full Stack Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership

  : Own the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications.

• Hands-on Development

  : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across frontend and backend.

• Team Mentorship

  : Guide, coach, and support developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver features on time.

• Code Quality

  : Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high performance and security standards.

• Scalability & Performance

  : Optimize applications, APIs, and databases for speed and reliability.

• Agile Delivery

  : Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.

• Innovation

  : Research and introduce new tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience

  with proven leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in

  backend technologies

  such as Node.js, Java, Python, or similar.
• Solid experience in

  frontend frameworks

  like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency with

  RESTful APIs / GraphQL

  and microservice architecture.
• Good understanding of

  databases

  – SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with

  DevOps practices

  – CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong grasp of software design principles, system architecture, and scalability challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Good To Have:

• Exposure to mobile frameworks (Flutter/React Native).
• Experience in performance tuning, caching strategies, and security best practices.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or stakeholder management.
• Cloud certifications or relevant technical certifications.
