Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
design, architecture, and development
of scalable applications.
Mentor and guide developers; provide technical direction and performance feedback.
Ensure
timely and quality delivery
by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Conduct
code reviews
, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot complex issues and help remove technical blockers.
Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standards.
Work closely with Product & Delivery teams to convert business needs into
technical solutions
