Role Overview:

The Technical Lead will provide architecture, design, and technical leadership, guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role demands strong thought leadership and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and implementation using .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Microservices, and React.js.
Mentor and guide development teams.
Review and approve software design and architecture decisions.
Drive process, technology, and innovation improvements.
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expert in .NET stack, React.js, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Microservices.
Strong architecture and design pattern expertise.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps.
Agile/Scrum experience.
