Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CICS VSAM and JCL with a preference for those with a background in Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects during day shifts contributing to our companys growth and societal impact. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using CICS VSAM and JCL to meet project requirements. Oversee the development and maintenance of applications ensuring high performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices promoting quality and efficiency in all deliverables. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues implementing timely resolutions to minimize downtime. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies. Contribute to the improvement of existing systems and processes driving innovation and efficiency. Participate in project planning and estimation ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Support the companys mission by delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in CICS VSAM and JCL with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Demonstrate a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting domain enhancing the relevance of technical solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions. Show strong communication skills capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
