Role Overview

The Technical Head will be primarily responsible for hands-on development, customization, and implementation of ERP systems. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, integrating ERP modules with third-party applications, and ensuring seamless deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP systems.
• Customize ERP modules, workflows, and user interfaces as per client requirements.
• Develop integrations with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and custom scripts.
• Optimize ERP solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ERP-related issues.
• Manage deployment and post-implementation support.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years in software development with strong exposure to ERP projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, or similar).
• Strong programming skills (Java, Python, C#, PHP, or equivalent).
• Expertise in ERP customization, module development, and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle DB).
• Experience with APIs, REST services, and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to manage end-to-end ERP development and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho).
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
