Qualification: Essential - B.Tech./ BE inEngineering Background from reputed institute.

Desired:MBA /Diploma Mgt/PGDM in General Management will be an added advantage.

Experience: 3 or more years of experience in anadministrative role reporting directly to uppermanagement.

Job Profile:

Attend meetingswith Director and prepare concise summary of the discussions held, ensuring all key points and action items are captured accurately.

Comprehensivebriefing to Director prior to commencement of meetings; handlefollow-up tasks independently.

This role demandsa high level of responsibility, and it offers significant learningopportunities regarding the operations of a large-scale organization

Should possessstrong grasp of technical matters to effectively communicate them to Director

The idealcandidate should be passionate, diligent, and keen to advance their careertrajectory through professional development

Tech savvy & familiar with new-age technologies

Core Competencies:

Strong time management skills and ability tocoordinate and prioritize projects and assignments with little supervision.

Must be self-directed and detail oriented incompleting assigned projects and tasks.

Should be comfortable travelling to Plants andother locations as advised
