Technical Director

· Mandatory Skill: Software Development (Java/C) + domain exp in communication/Network protocols + System Design & Architecture + People Management | Cloud (AWS/Azure)

· Product Platform: CPaaS

· Role: Individual will be leading the end-to-end roadmap & delivery of a product for all clients across globe. Individual should have maturity to handle the complexity of such an extensive role with good people management.

· Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of delivering complex projects

· Strong hands-on experience in Java development and system design.

· Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, UDP, and real-time communication protocols.

· Proven expertise in MySQL and Oracle performance tuning and query optimization.

· Solid grasp of network programming, multithreading, and low-latency systems.

· Experience in performance engineering and troubleshooting complex system bottlenecks.

· Familiarity with Agile frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

· Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Selenium) and scripting.

· Applied cloud-native principles to optimize application scalability and maintainability, leveraging container orchestration and automated deployment pipelines.

· Proficient Project Management in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supported by tools such as Jira and MS Project for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone tracking etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
