About Us We are a growing digital solutions provider supporting e-commerce, service-based businesses, and marketing teams across platforms. We operate in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment and are looking for a highly capable technical professional to strengthen our operations and lead day-to-day IT development and support functions. Role Summary We are hiring a Full-Time Technical Developer & IT Operations Lead with strong hands-on experience in WordPress, PrestaShop, Shopify, and GoHighLevel CRM. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, solutions-oriented, and confident managing team-wide challenges involving email infrastructure, marketing automations, Microsoft 365 administration, and live event support. This is a key technical role responsible for ensuring all our digital tools, websites, systems, and virtual events run smoothly and securely. Key Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and develop custom solutions on WordPress , PrestaShop , and Shopify platforms Build and troubleshoot GoHighLevel CRM workflows, triggers, and integrations Set up, configure, and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 , including user management, email deliverability, and security protocols Provide technical support for live webinars, virtual town halls, and internal/external Zoom or Google Meet sessions , including screen-sharing, recordings, and troubleshooting during events Attend weekly team calls and be available for on-demand technical calls or troubleshooting sessions as requested Lead development sprints, provide technical support to team members, and resolve system-wide or client-specific IT issues Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge bases for internal systems and external client configurations Monitor system uptime, backups, SSL certificates, and server performance across platforms Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement and refine automations Act as the go-to person for IT escalations including DNS, email forwarding, cloud storage, and SaaS integrations Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT development and operations Advanced knowledge of WordPress , Shopify , and PrestaShop Strong experience with GoHighLevel CRM , including funnel building and automation logic Familiarity with cPanel , Cloudflare , and domain/email management Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting Experience supporting virtual events, webinars, and real-time screen-sharing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) Availability to attend scheduled weekly calls and respond to ad hoc requests for technical calls or urgent support Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation tools Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP Familiarity with DNS, SMTP configuration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC Prior experience in a digital agency or managing multiple brands/websites What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Flexible remote work environment Opportunity to lead IT operations across diverse brands and platforms A collaborative, agile team culture Room to grow into a CTO or senior infrastructure role Show more Show less
