Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead (TDL) in the Core Domain to oversee the successful delivery of Voice and Packet Core solutions. This role involves leading technical delivery projects, managing cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary interface for technical and delivery issues. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of project management experience, a strong understanding of core network technologies, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will drive best practices, manage resources, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals while contributing to continuous improvement in project performance.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Lead technical delivery of Core domain projects, coordinating with Project Managers and E2E TPM
  • Act as the primary technical interface for project-related issues and escalations
  • Develop and oversee the technical delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards
  • Manage acceptance certification for key milestones as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Resolve critical technical issues with Care and Services teams, driving them to closure
  • Support project closure and handover processes, facilitating communication with Care contacts
  • Promote best practices and ensure resource alignment with quality standards during deployment
  • Monitor project performance and report on KPIs, attending monthly project reviews to present updates

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:
  • 15+ years of project management experience in Core Network (Voice & Packet Core)
  • Proven experience in managing technical delivery strategies
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills in a team environment
  • Deep understanding of Nokia's Packet Core products
  • Expertise in financial tracking and adherence to ASBL
Nice-To-Have:
  • Experience with AIM methodology and EXECUTE process
  • Knowledge of Care Handover processes
  • Familiarity with delivery performance management reports and KPIs
  • Ability to implement best practices and reusable solutions
  • Understanding of Core Networks and Business Applications technologies
