Technical Delivery Lead

As a Technical Delivery Lead at Softobiz, your role will involve leading the full-cycle delivery of enterprise software solutions using open-source technologies. You will collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into effective technical solutions. Managing and mentoring cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) to drive project planning, execution, and delivery will be crucial. Ensuring adherence to architecture, coding standards, DevOps pipelines, and security best practices is a key responsibility. You will proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes across projects, while driving Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and fostering a high-performance team culture. Supporting pre-sales and solutioning efforts, including architecture blueprints, effort estimations, and presentations, is essential. Staying updated with trends in cloud, AI, IoT, and open-source ecosystems to propose innovative solutions is also expected from you. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in software engineering and delivery leadership roles. - Strong technical expertise in open-source backend frameworks (Node.js, Java, etc.) and frontend libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js). - Proven experience in designing and delivering highly scalable, cloud-native solutions. - Hands-on exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP, with knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD workflows. - Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and system integrations. - Experience in Agile environments, with strong project and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
