Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of diverse technology projects, including data warehouse implementations, eCommerce platforms, and CMS solutions.

This role requires someone who can act as both a delivery manager and a technical guide, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client needs. Unlike large enterprise roles, this position focuses on small to mid-sized customers, where adaptability, clear communication, and practical problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across data, eCommerce, and CMS domains.

• Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and understanding business goals.

• Translate client requirements into actionable technical plans and oversee execution.

• Coordinate with distributed development teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets with a pragmatic, customer-centric approach.

• Provide technical oversight—reviewing architecture, design, and implementation when required.

• Ensure smooth hand-offs, documentation, and post-delivery support.

• Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience leading technical projects for small to mid-sized organizations (not just large enterprises).

• Strong background in data platforms, eCommerce systems, or CMS solutions.

• Ability to wear multiple hats: part project manager, part solution architect, part customer partner.

• Skilled at working with distributed teams and vendors.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

Experience with .NET/Java or modern technology stacks.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
