Job Highlights

1-2 years of experience in technical writing or content creation.

• Any bachelor’s degree, BCA, MCA, or other technical qualifications are preferred.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear, accurate technical documentation (e.g., product page, user manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting guides).
• Write SEO-optimized web content and articles to drive organic traffic.
• Research and produce fact-based content on technical topics.
• Proofread and optimize content for clarity and SEO performance.
• Maintain and update content on websites and social media platforms.

Preferences

• Experience with SaaS/Tech Industry
• Practical knowledge of SEO strategies and implementation
• Familiarity with tools and platforms like Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Workspace, SQL Server, and Exchange
