Job Description

we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition, build long-term client relationships, and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for calibration and repair services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and service follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to design customized calibration solutions based on client requirements.
  • Achieve assigned targets and contribute to regional business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sectors, potential clients, and industry trends.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field) OR MBA Graduate with strong technical sales skills.
  • 0–2 years of experience in technical/B2B sales, preferably in calibration, testing, instrumentation, or industrial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings.
