we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition, build long-term client relationships, and support our business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for calibration and repair services. Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and service follow-ups. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to design customized calibration solutions based on client requirements. Achieve assigned targets and contribute to regional business growth. Conduct market research to identify new sectors, potential clients, and industry trends. Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field) OR MBA Graduate with strong technical sales skills. 0–2 years of experience in technical/B2B sales , preferably in calibration, testing, instrumentation, or industrial services. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage. Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings.
