Technical Buyer (HVAC industry)

Schedule: Full-time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Salary: $600/month (starting) → $800+ as the company grows

Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Buyer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing HVAC-related products and supplies, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring smooth, timely delivery for our projects. If you have a knack for organization and experience in procurement or the HVAC industry — we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate HVAC-specific suppliers (air conditioning units, heating systems, refrigeration, electrical parts, plumbing supplies, etc.)
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions to secure the most cost-effective deals
• Prepare purchase orders and supplier contracts in alignment with company standards and timelines
• Track and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time receipt and resolve any delays or discrepancies
• Ensure product quality and technical compliance by reviewing specifications and supplier certifications
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports to support budgeting and performance analysis
• Analyze HVAC market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers
• Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, technicians, and finance) to forecast needs and prioritize procurement activities

Requirements:

• Good English

  communication skills (Intermediate or above)

• Energetic

  and proactive personality – you take initiative, follow up, and enjoy solving problems

• Experience

  in procurement or the HVAC industry preferred, especially in:
• Air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
• Refrigeration components and controls
• Electrical and plumbing supplies
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Tech-ready setup: PC/laptop, headset, stable internet, and a quiet workspace
