Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and manage

  Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

  and

  Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)

  .
• Develop user stories, use cases, wireframes, mockups, and technical specifications using tools like

  Figma

  ,

  Balsamiq

  , or similar design platforms.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and successful implementation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as

  backlog grooming

  ,

  sprint planning

  , and

  user acceptance testing (UAT)

  .
• Maintain process documentation including

  process workflows

  ,

  data flow diagrams

  , and

  API documentation

  .
• Conduct

  impact analysis

  and feasibility studies for new initiatives or system changes.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage scope changes, and align deliverables with business goals.
• Actively participate in system design discussions and contribute to solution improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery and high quality across all project phases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a

  Technical Business Analyst

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  and

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as

  JIRA

  ,

  Confluence

  , or equivalents.
• Familiarity with system integration concepts,

  APIs

  , and

  data flows

  .
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and diagrams to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools like

  Figma

  Balsamiq

  , or similar.
• Ability to draft and manage BRDs and FRSs efficiently.
• Understanding of basic database concepts; ability to write

  simple SQL queries
